Is there refunds or exchanges?

All sales are final, but open to working through manufacturing issues/defects on kinara. Due to COVID-19 precautions there are no exchanges
Where do I store my kinara?

I usually keep a kinara or two out for decor, but it’s safe in it’s storage box and should be generally away from extreme heat, cold or anything potentially explosive.

How safe is lighting candles every night?

Our lab tested candles are safe to burn from 4-6 hours. Please follow this closely because If it burns longer than this, it can burn out the candleholder, and you’ll have to buy a replacement set, which you can find here. link/candleholder.comFor further safety Precautions, there will be future options to buy additional flameless candles to prevent fire hazard and increase safety for children and the vulnerable.
What can I expect with shipping?

Shipping for orders vary based on needs of the order. Please allow up to 1-2weeks for tracking information. Each kinara is made with care intention as we make a strong effort to have items at your doorfront in 30 days

Programming costs vary depending on time commitment, audience and cost of materials for desired experience.
What is Kwanzaa?

Kwanzaa is a 7 day cultural holiday celebrating family, community, and culture. Each day a different candle on the Kinara is lit in honor of 1 of 7 Kwanzaa Principles and families talk, eat and dance to celebrate.
